We feature a traditional ceremony site which is the choice of most brides, offering sweeping views, beautiful gardens, and several fountains. However, we also offer the option of a ceremony set-up anywhere on our 197-acre estate, including the pond, fields, woods, etc. We have many props to help accentuate the ceremony reception style that you desire. Riverview Manor can provide names for various services including florists, photographers and catering.
White garden chairs, which can be decorated on the inside aisle with flowers and/or sashes per the couples’ wishes. Either a rustic or white, iron, architectural arbor for traditional and non-traditional sites with décor.* Professional DJ set up includes ceremony music, per couple’s wishes and two lapel microphones.**
*Couples are welcome to provide own arbor at own expense.
**Microphones available for vocalists and instruments for additional fee.

Designed and decorated reception tables, using our vast inventory of centerpiece items.* Tables will also include tablecloths, napkins, overlays, and/or runners in couples’ choice of color. Food: Buffet Meal at $25 per person. Cake: $6.50 per person (No plating charge). Bar set up (beer, wine and/or signature drink only).*

Event director/planner. Floral arrangements by professional.* Eight hours of Manor home & grounds.** Lavender Bud, Bubble or Sparkler Departure. One night in Honeyshuck Cabin on our grounds.***

**One hour for rehearsal, Manor home two hours before ceremony for dressing & photos, use of grounds for five hours with time beginning at start of ceremony.
***This can be used for the honeymoon night or the night before the wedding for wedding party members (sleeps four comfortably). Light breakfast fare included.
PACKAGE COST: $15,500
BASED ON UP TO 100 GUESTS (INCLUDING BRIDAL PARTY IN BARN RECEPTION LOCATION.

Special departures: carriage, antique or hobby car, hot air balloon (day time hours only), fire truck, fireworks, live band, sketch artist, photo booth, etc.
Fee adjustments will be made if guest count is less than or exceeds 100. The balance will be determined once total count of attendees to reflect the food cost is known. Costs cannot be adjusted once your final count is given to Riverview Manor, two weeks before your event date.
Deposit for this package is 1/4th the total charge, with the balance being paid in 3 more equal payments. Alternate arrangements for payment of deposit and balance can be arranged if necessary. The last payment must be paid no later than 1 month before the event.
When booking more than a year out the deposit is $1500.00 with the remainder of the deposit due 1 year from the event. At that point the before stated policy is in effect.
Refunds are as follows: up to 6 months from the event ½ is refunded, “after” the date is resold. After 3 months before the event there are no refunds.
ALL OPTIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
A styled ceremony and reception space with seating for up to 50 guests, fresh floral design, wedding director, wedding photographer and digital files, bridal bouquet, and boutonniere for the groom, a small cutting cake for the bride and groom, light appetizers for 50 guests, a personalized plaque for ceremony site and for guests to sign (as the “guestbook”), DJ services

For an additional fee of $250, the bride and groom may choose to rent Honeyshuck Cabin on the night of the wedding. Information for an After-Party at a local taphouse is available upon request. (For option three only).
